REMOTE START IS INOP DUE TO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BEING ON RANDOM CYLINDER MISFIRE SECONDARY AIR FLOW FAILURE( BAD VALVES ) CLOGGED SECONDARY AIR MANIFOLD, NEEDS TO BE REMOVED AND CLEANED THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD HAS A SMALL CRACK IN IT AND SHOULD BE REPLACED.

SCANNED CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND CHECK FOR CODES, FOUND A FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR CODE. VISIBLY INSPECTED THE SENSOR AND FOUND THE ROTTED BED RAILS TO BE SAGGING INTO THE FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR CAUSING IT TO FAIL. FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED.

TESTED THE DRAW AMP LOAD, THE TRUCK SAT FOR A FEW DAYS AND TESTED THE BATTERY TO BE AT 12.2 VOLTS, STARTED UP WITH NO JUMP NEEDED. CHECKED THE BATTERY TERMINALS AND FOUND THE GROUND TERMINAL TO BE COVERED IN CORROSION, CLEANED BOTH BATTERY TERMINALS AND RE INSTALLED. CHECK ALTERNATOR AND IS CHARGING AT 14.3 VOLTS.
